Ceramic Fiber Blanket Insulation | High-Temperature Furnace Lining Upgrade Project | Heat Treatment Industry | Mexico | CCEWOOL
Project Overview
Cooperation years: 11 years
Destination: Mexico
Order Volume: 1 × 40HC Container
Product Details
Product: 1430°C Ceramic Fiber Blanket Insulation | CCEWOOL
Size: 25 × 610 × 7320 mm
Density: 128 kg/m3
Packaging: Carton Box
Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of 1430°C ceramic fiber blanket insulation to a Mexican customer with whom we have maintained an 11-year cooperation. The products in this shipment measure 25 × 610 × 7320 mm, with a density of 128 kg/m3, and were packed in carton boxes for transportation. They will be used for the customer's high-temperature furnace lining upgrade and insulation support project.
This batch of ceramic fiber blanket will mainly be used for furnace lining backup insulation, localized insulation in high-temperature areas, composite insulation structures for furnace walls and roofs, and equipment insulation upgrades. For projects of this type, customers are concerned not only with whether the product can withstand high temperatures, but also with whether the selected temperature grade matches the actual operating conditions and whether the product can maintain stable structural and dimensional performance during long-term high-temperature operation.

Selecting the Right Ceramic Fiber Blanket Based on Project Temperature Requirements
Different industrial furnaces, temperature zones, and lining structures require different temperature grades of ceramic fiber blanket. If the selected temperature grade is too low, long-term operation may affect product stability. On the other hand, unnecessarily selecting an excessively high temperature grade may increase project costs without providing additional practical value.
CCEWOOL can recommend different temperature grades of ceramic fiber blanket insulation according to the customer's actual furnace temperature, application area, and lining structure. Available temperature grades cover multiple high-temperature ranges, including:
1100°C
1260°C
1400°C
1430°C
For this project, the customer selected 1430°C ceramic fiber blanket, which is better suited to furnace lining areas exposed to higher thermal loads and requiring greater long-term high-temperature stability.
Selecting the appropriate temperature grade according to actual project conditions can help customers:
Better match the product to the actual furnace temperature and application area
Maintain a more appropriate temperature safety margin in high-temperature zones
Avoid inefficient configurations caused by using a single temperature grade throughout the entire system
Improve the overall adaptability and cost-effectiveness of the furnace lining design
In other words, CCEWOOL provides more than fixed-specification ceramic fiber blanket insulation. We provide project-oriented product solutions that can be configured more appropriately according to different furnace temperatures and engineering structures.

High-Purity Synthetic Raw Materials for Ultra-Low Impurity Content and Low Thermal Shrinkage
For higher-temperature ceramic fiber blankets such as the 1430°C grade, long-term performance depends on more than the nominal temperature rating. Raw material purity, impurity content, and shrinkage stability under continuous high-temperature exposure are also critical factors.
CCEWOOL 1430°C ceramic fiber blanket is produced using high-purity synthetic raw materials. By strictly controlling impurities in the raw materials, the fiber structure can maintain better stability at elevated temperatures while helping reduce high-temperature linear shrinkage.
Lower impurity content and a more stable fiber composition help the product deliver better long-term high-temperature performance by:
Reducing high-temperature shrinkage and dimensional changes
Better maintaining its original thickness and structural form
Reducing the risk of gaps and localized thermal bridges caused by shrinkage
Improving the long-term insulation stability of the furnace lining
Providing a more stable product foundation for subsequent cutting, assembly, and Fabrication applications
For customers requiring secondary processing, this is especially important. Stable dimensions and fiber structure help ceramic fiber blanket insulation maintain better consistency during cutting, slitting, joining, and other downstream processing, making it more suitable for Fabrication applications.

11 Years of Continued Cooperation Built on Accurate Temperature Matching and Stable Product Performance
Over the past 11 years of cooperation with this Mexican customer, CCEWOOL has continuously supplied high-temperature insulation products for its projects. The customer continues to choose our ceramic fiber blanket not simply because of a single temperature specification, but because of the product’s overall stable performance in real high-temperature applications.
Customer Feedback
“We are very satisfied with the consistently stable quality of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket. The product has always performed reliably in our high-temperature applications. We also highly value CCEWOOL's ability to recommend the appropriate temperature grade according to the requirements of different projects. After 11 years of cooperation, stable product quality and reliable supply capability remain important reasons why we continue to choose CCEWOOL.”
CCEWOOL 1430°C ceramic fiber blanket insulation not only meets the insulation requirements of higher-temperature operating conditions, but also benefits from high-purity synthetic raw materials and strict impurity control, helping the product maintain lower shrinkage and greater structural stability during long-term high-temperature service.
