Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 2 × 40HC containers of refractory insulation products to a customer in Colombia. This order was centered on 1260°C insulation ceramic module, together with 1260°C ceramic fiber blanket and SK34 refractory brick, forming a more complete industrial furnace lining insulation solution.

This batch of CCEWOOL ceramic module will mainly be used for industrial furnace walls, roof insulation layers, localized high-temperature repair areas, backup layer configuration, and composite lining structures. In projects such as industrial furnace lining renovation, the focus is not only on insulation performance, but also on structural matching and installation adaptability. Since different furnace types and installation zones vary greatly in size, and furnace walls, roofs, and localized repair areas require different module forms and installation methods, any mismatch between product dimensions, module structure, and on-site conditions can easily increase installation difficulty and adjustment work.
