Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of 1260℃ ceramic fire blanket to a customer in Singapore with whom we have cooperated for 8 years. This batch, with a specification of 10 × 1100 × 15000 mm and a density of 128 kg/m3, was packed in Carton Boxes for convenient transportation, storage, and subsequent on-site installation.

This batch of CCEWOOL ceramic fire insulation blanket will mainly be used for equipment shell wrapping, thin-layer insulation, fire barrier layers, and areas requiring installation according to actual dimensions. In such high-temperature equipment wrapping and fire insulation projects, customers are concerned not only with insulation performance, but also with dimensional matching and installation strength. Since equipment surfaces and wrapping structures are often special, standard specifications may not always be fully suitable. In addition, thin products are more likely to be affected by stretching, cutting, and installation disturbance during construction. For this reason, what customers truly need is not a standard ceramic fire blanket, but a product solution that can balance dimensional adaptability, structural strength, and project installation requirements.
