Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket to a long-term customer in Australia with whom we have cooperated for 10 years. This batch of products is supplied in the size of 50 × 610 × 3660 mm, with a density of 128 kg/m3, and packed in Carton Boxes for convenient transportation, storage, and on-site handling.
This batch of CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket will be used for insulation applications in industrial equipment outer shells, furnace backup lining layers, piping wrapping layers, and localized high-temperature structural sections. For the customer, the purchase is not limited to basic insulation products, but represents a product solution that can balance project application requirements, downstream processing needs, and long-term supply stability.

A Soluble Fiber Product Better Aligned with Health Regulations and Material Management Requirements
In modern industrial insulation projects, customer concerns are no longer limited to temperature resistance and thermal conductivity alone. Increasingly, they also focus on whether a material is better aligned with local requirements for health, safety, and long-term product management. For this reason, CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket continues to receive strong attention in industrial insulation systems.
CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket is made from an alkaline earth silicate (AES) raw material system and belongs to the category of low biopersistent fiber. The product complies with relevant requirements under the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and does not require a carcinogenic warning label. At the same time, its solubility and safety have been certified by the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has also classified it as non-carcinogenic. This further reflects CCEWOOL's continued commitment to health, safety, and standardized product management.
For customers, CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket represents not only a material replacement, but also a product choice that is more aligned with modern industrial application trends and better suited to health-related regulatory requirements.

More Than a Soluble Fiber Product — Also a Fabrication-Oriented Processing Material
For customers whose materials will enter downstream processing and installation stages, whether a high-temperature insulation product is worth long-term procurement depends not only on whether it meets application requirements, but also on how it performs in subsequent Fabrication processes.
This batch of CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket is produced using CCEWOOL's self-developed double-sided internal needling process, which provides higher tensile strength. This structure is better suited to downstream cutting, slitting, wrapping, and layered installation processes. For customers, its Fabrication-ready quality is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
A uniform product structure, helping maintain consistency in downstream processing and installation
A dense fiber structure with higher tensile strength, making cutting, unfolding, and wrapping easier
Stable thickness and density control, supporting better dimensional management in projects
Consistent batch performance, making it more suitable for continuous project procurement and processing support
For customers involved in downstream processing and installation, whether 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket is truly reliable depends not only on whether it meets basic insulation requirements, but also on whether it can maintain stable performance after entering the Fabrication stage.

Long-Term Cooperation Built on Product Stability and Project Compatibility
Over the past 10 years of cooperation with this Australian customer, CCEWOOL has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation products. The customer's long-term preference for 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket is generally based not on a single product parameter, but on its overall performance in actual projects.
The main reasons behind this continued cooperation are typically concentrated in the following aspects:
The product is better aligned with the practical application needs of modern industrial projects using soluble fiber materials
It offers stable insulation performance, suitable for long-term project procurement
It is better suited for downstream Fabrication, processing, and installation
Product performance and supply execution remain stable, supporting ongoing engineering projects
The application of CCEWOOL 1200 Carcinogen-Free Blanket in this Australian project once again demonstrates the practical value of this type of product in industrial insulation systems. It not only offers product characteristics better suited to modern project applications, but also maintains reliable performance in terms of processing adaptability, specification stability, and continuous supply capability.
