Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of 1260°C insulation ceramic blankets to a long-term customer in Singapore, marking eight years of continued cooperation.

This batch of ceramic blankets was specifically designed for industrial pipeline and HVAC duct fire protection systems, serving petrochemical facilities and large-scale industrial plants.

Such systems must withstand rapid high-temperature exposure under fire scenarios, while also operating under long-term temperature fluctuations and vibration during normal service conditions. These requirements place high demands on the mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance of insulation ceramic blankets.

Fabrication-Oriented Custom Specifications Based on Engineering Requirements

To meet the structural and installation characteristics of the customer's pipeline and duct fire protection systems, CCEWOOL? provided customized production specifications:

10 mm thickness: Facilitates multi-layer installation to achieve required fire ratings

1100 mm width: Reduces transverse joints and improves installation efficiency

15000 mm roll length: Minimizes connection points and enhances continuity of the fire protection layer

During installation, ceramic blankets often require on-site cutting and wrapping around elbows, flanges, and complex geometries. Therefore, strong Fabrication adaptability is essential.
