CCEWOOL Bio Soluble (Low Biopersistent) Fiber Blanket is made from alkaline earth silicate and is a calcium-magnesium insulating fiber. It is referred to as a soluble fiber because it has some solubility in bodily fluids. The introduction of MgO and CaO in soluble fibers enhances their flexibility, elasticity, and provides excellent thermal and mechanical performance.

Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of CCEWOOL 1260°C Ceramic Fibre Insulation Blanket to a Singapore customer with whom we have cooperated for seven years.
The products supplied have a density of 128 kg/m3 and a customized size of 10 × 1100 × 15000 mm, which clearly differs from standard market specifications and is designed for special structural zones in the customer's high-temperature equipment and insulation systems.
Throughout our long-term cooperation, the customer has maintained high requirements for dimensional accuracy, installation efficiency, and delivery reliability of ceramic fiber blankets. This order once again demonstrates CCEWOOL's mature capability in non-standard size customization.

Customized Dimensions to Meet Non-Standard Engineering Requirements
In practical engineering applications, Ceramic Fibre Insulation Blanket is not always used in standard widths and lengths.
