Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped the first order of CCEWOOL 1430HZ Ceramic Insulation Blanket to a Czech customer. High-Purity Synthetic Raw Materials for Low Shrinkage and High Stability
CCEWOOL 1430HZ Ceramic Insulation Blanket is manufactured using high-purity synthetic raw materials and incorporates 15–17% zirconia (ZrO?), building a stable and reliable foundation for high-temperature insulation. The addition of zirconia enables the fibers to maintain a more stable structure at elevated temperatures, achieving a classification temperature of up to 1430°C (2600°F). At this level, the product delivers excellent insulation performance and provides durable, long-term thermal protection for high-temperature equipment.
Supported by the high-purity synthetic raw material system, impurity levels are kept extremely low. This effectively suppresses linear shrinkage during high-temperature operation while enhancing chemical stability and mechanical strength.
