The design incorporates pre-compression technology, leveraging the natural resilience of the fiber blanket to enable automatic compression and joint sealing during installation. This compensates for minor deformations in the furnace shell, preventing thermal bridges and gaps during long-term operation.
Modules can be manufactured in standard or custom shapes based on furnace design and specifications to meet the specific demands of different operating conditions. The anchoring system is designed for flexibility and can be directly mounted onto steel anchor studs on the kiln shell, ensuring compatibility with various furnace types and operating environments.
