Recently, we successfully shipped a batch of CCEFIRE DJM23 and DJM26 insulating fire bricks to a long-term customer in Portugal, marking 9 years of continuous cooperation. The bricks, sized 64x114x230mm and 76x114x230mm, are used in the customer's high-temperature equipment and industrial furnace insulation systems operating over extended service periods.
Notably, this shipment was not limited to a single product. It was delivered together with CCEWOOL 1200 soluble fiber aluminum foil blanket (25x610x7320 mm) and CCEWOOL 1260HPS ceramic fiber blanket (25x610x7320 mm / 50x610x3660 mm). By combining insulating fire bricks with fiber insulation materials, the customer can achieve an optimized balance of structural support and high-efficiency insulation in different furnace zones, further improving the overall energy-saving performance of the lining system.

Carton + Pallet Packaging Ensuring Transport Safety and Integrity
To meet the requirements for edge protection and structural integrity during transportation, this shipment of CCEFIRE insulating fire bricks adopted a reinforced packaging solution:
Individual carton packaging for each brick to reduce mutual impact during transport
Palletized stacking of cartons to improve handling and storage efficiency
Eight high-strength paper corner protectors to fully protect pallet edges and corners
Seven strapping bands to ensure overall stability during long-distance transportation and repeated handling
This packaging method not only ensures transport safety but also facilitates forklift unloading and inventory management at the customer’s site, reducing the risk of damage and secondary handling costs.

88-Meter Tunnel Kiln Firing for Low Thermal Conductivity and Stable Pore Structure
CCEFIRE DJM23 and DJM26 insulating fire bricks are manufactured using an 88-meter fully automated tunnel kiln firing process. Under a precisely controlled firing curve, the bricks develop a uniform, controlled, and stable pore structure.
This manufacturing process delivers key performance advantages:
Uniform pore distribution effectively blocks heat transfer paths
Extremely low thermal conductivity, remaining below 0.2 W/m·K at long-term service temperatures
Stable brick structure with no performance degradation during prolonged high-temperature operation
For industrial furnace systems that emphasize long-term energy efficiency and operational stability, such low and predictable thermal conductivity in insulating fire bricks is a critical foundation for reducing energy consumption.

Nine Years of Cooperation Built on Stable Performance and System-Level Solutions
The nine-year partnership between the Portuguese customer and CCEWOOL&CCEFIRE is built on proven long-term product performance and system-level refractory insulation solutions. From CCEFIRE DJM series insulating fire bricks to the combined application of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blankets and soluble fiber products, we consistently focuses on real operating conditions to deliver furnace lining configurations that are structurally sound, performance-stable, and sustainably energy-efficient.
CCEFIRE DJM series insulating fire bricks under the CCEWOOL brand will continue to support industrial customers with mature manufacturing processes, strict quality control, and reliable delivery, enabling lower energy consumption, higher operational stability, and longer service life in high-temperature systems.
