Packaging: Carton Box and Pallet
Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 1×40HC container of CCEWOOL 1260HPS Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board to a long-term Polish customer with 12 years of cooperation.
This shipment was arranged as a mixed loading. In addition to the 1260HPS ceramic fiber insulation boards (size 25×1000×1200mm, density 280 kg/m3), the container also included CCEWOOL Ceramic Fiber Paper (5×1220×12000mm), meeting the customer's insulation requirements for different functional zones within high-temperature equipment and furnace lining systems.
Twelve years of continuous cooperation are built on the proven long-term performance of the products and reliable delivery. This shipment once again demonstrates CCEWOOL's flexibility and professionalism in packaging design and container loading solutions.

Double-pallet stacking design for higher unloading and on-site efficiency
Based on the customer's on-site handling requirements, the Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board in this shipment adopted a double-pallet stacking packaging design.
The two pallets were securely stacked and reinforced before dispatch, ensuring better structural stability during transportation and unloading. After arrival, this design allows the customer to:
Unload complete pallet units efficiently using forklifts, reducing manual labor
Dismantle pallets in batches according to project schedules
Improve warehouse organization and on-site material management
Such packaging details, designed to simplify on-site use, have become a standard practice for CCEWOOL when serving long-term European customers.

Mixed loading service to maximize container utilization
In addition to optimized packaging, this order also adopted a mixed loading arrangement of Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board and Ceramic Fiber Paper.
In high-temperature engineering projects, customers often require multiple fiber products simultaneously. Shipping these products in separate containers would increase logistics costs and potentially affect delivery schedules.
By carefully planning the loading layout based on product dimensions, packaging methods, and weight distribution, CCEWOOL achieved:
Efficient mixed loading of different products to fully utilize container space
Lower logistics cost per unit
Secure transportation conditions for all products
This mature mixed-loading capability enables CCEWOOL to ensure the integrity of Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board while offering customers a more cost-effective and efficient overall delivery solution.

Long-term cooperation driven by stable products and services
Twelve years of partnership are supported not only by the reliable performance of CCEWOOL 1260HPS Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board under high-temperature conditions, but also by continuous optimization in packaging, container loading, and delivery execution.
From manufacturing to logistics, CCEWOOL consistently focuses on real project requirements, providing more efficient and flexible solutions.
CCEWOOL Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board will continue to be supplied with stable quality and flexible delivery support, helping customers worldwide achieve safe, reliable, and controllable long-term operation in high-temperature insulation systems.
