The raw material for CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board is strictly selected from self-owned ceramic board raw material base. It is calcined in specialized rotating kiln, so the ceramic fiber bulk for ceramic fiber board is 5% lower in slag content than similar refractory fiber on the market.

Double Egret is equipped with the only full automatic ceramic fiber board production line in China which has better stability than traditional vacuum forming ceramic board production line.

Compared with vacuum forming ceramic fiber board, CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board has better flatness. The specification tolerance is +/-1mm.

Compared with the refractory fiber board which is dried by traditional drying methods, our ceramic board have 5% better compressive and rupture strength than products of the same density.

The length of full automatic production line is 150m, daily output is 20tons.
