Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of 1050°C ceramic thermal blanket to a customer in Serbia. This batch, with a specification of 25 × 1200 × 7200 mm and a density of 128 kg/m3, was packed in woven bags for convenient transportation, storage, and subsequent on-site installation.
This batch of CCEWOOL ceramic insulation blanket will mainly be used in backup insulation layers of kiln lining systems, equipment outer shell insulation, localized structural reinforcement areas, and maintenance replacement sections. For the customer, in kiln maintenance projects within the heat treatment industry, the focus is not only on insulation performance, but also on the adaptability of the backup layer and installation efficiency. Although the backup layer of a kiln does not directly contact the hot face, it directly affects shell temperature, system energy consumption, and the overall maintenance schedule.
