Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 2 × 40HC containers of refractory insulation products to a new customer in Argentina. This order was centered on stone wool board, together with inorganic ceramic fiber board, intumescent ceramic fibre paper, and calcium silicate board, forming a more complete refractory insulation product combination.
These products will mainly be used for equipment shell insulation, fire compartment insulation, piping and duct insulation, localized fire sealing, and multi-layer composite insulation structures. For a new customer, this purchase was not only a test of single-product quality, but also an evaluation of whether the supplier has the capability in product processing adaptability, systematic supporting solutions, and mixed-container supply.
The Challenges of the Argentine Project: Not Only Insulation, but Also Fire Protection, Processing, and Supporting Efficiency
Projects of this type, involving equipment insulation and fire protection composite insulation, usually face not just one problem, but several practical demands at the same time:
Different sections operate at different temperatures, so a single product cannot meet all area requirements
Some boards require downstream cutting, assembly, and structural adaptation, meaning standard sizes cannot always be used directly
Fire compartment insulation, piping insulation, and equipment shell insulation often need to be addressed at the same time, requiring a combination of multiple products
For this reason, what the customer truly needs is not a single product, but a systematic material solution capable of solving insulation, fire protection, processing adaptability, and centralized procurement requirements at the same time.

Stone Wool Board Better Suited for Fabrication Cutting and Assembly, Solving Reprocessing Needs in the Project
In this project, stone wool board mainly serves as the insulation layer for equipment shells and part of the industrial insulation board structure. In this type of application, customers care not only about the basic thermal performance of stone wool insulation, but also whether the board is suitable for downstream processing.
In actual installation, stone wool board often needs to be cut again, joined, or partially adjusted according to equipment structure, installation details, and on-site dimensional requirements. If the board structure is unstable, the edges are prone to damage, or density performance is inconsistent, downstream processing efficiency and installation quality will be directly affected.
The value of CCEWOOL Stone Wool Board in this project is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Stable board structure, making subsequent cutting and assembly easier
Good edge integrity, reducing the risk of damage during processing
Consistent density performance, helping maintain structural stability after processing
Better suitability for subsequent systematic installation and supporting applications
In other words, CCEWOOL Stone Wool Board is not only a basic insulation board, but also a processing-oriented stone wool insulation product that helps customers solve reprocessing and structural adaptation issues.

One-Stop Procurement and Mixed-Container Shipment Solve Project Stocking and Loading Efficiency Problems
For a new customer, in addition to whether the product itself can be used effectively, another very practical concern is whether procurement and shipment can be handled efficiently.
CCEWOOL has a complete refractory insulation product system and can provide one-stop procurement support for a full range of products according to project needs. At the same time, based on product dimensions, packaging methods, and loading logic, CCEWOOL can also offer mixed-container loading services, while calculating loading quantities based on reference data to make better use of container space.
This approach directly helps customers solve several practical issues:
Completing the procurement of multiple products in one order, reducing fragmented inquiries and purchase orders
Making it easier to establish a systematic project stocking plan
Improving container space utilization through mixed-container shipment
Helping customers better control procurement rhythm and delivery planning
Reducing communication and management costs caused by sourcing from multiple suppliers
For this Argentine project, this kind of systematic supply capability was itself one of the key reasons why the customer chose CCEWOOL.

What Customers Value Is Not Only the Product Itself, but Also Processing Adaptability and Overall Supporting Capability
After receiving the products for the first time, the customer gave positive feedback:
"CCEWOOL provides not just a single product, but a refractory insulation product solution better suited to project applications. In particular, the adaptability of Stone Wool Board in downstream cutting and installation, together with the ability to purchase multiple products at one time and ship them in mixed containers, has made our procurement and project preparation much more efficient. For us, product stability and systematic supply capability are the most important foundations for future cooperation."
In Argentine equipment insulation and fire protection composite insulation projects like this, the customer's challenge is never just a single material selection issue. Instead, it is a combination of insulation, fire protection, reprocessing adaptability, zoned application, and centralized procurement.
CCEWOOL Stone Wool Board not only offers product quality better suited to cutting and assembly, but also relies on a complete refractory insulation product system to provide more suitable material combinations, one-stop procurement support, and mixed-container shipment services. For customers who need to balance stone wool insulation performance, processing efficiency, and overall procurement convenience, this type of solution clearly delivers stronger practical value.
