Ceramic cloth contain absolute amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

CCEWOOL Ceramic Fiber Paper shows excellent thermal insulation properties and construction performance, suitable for use in deep processing (multi-layer composite, punching, etc.); and excellent resistance to molten infiltration, allowing itself to be used for casting washer separation in the construction and glass industries.

Recently, CCEWOOL shipped one 40HC container of 1260HPS ceramic blankets to a long-term customer in Spain with whom we have cooperated for 8 years. This batch was supplied in two non-standard width specifications, 25 × 280 × 7320 mm and 25 × 940 × 7320 mm, with a density of 64 kg/m3, and packed in Carton Boxes for convenient transportation, storage, and on-site handling.
This batch of CCEWOOL ceramic insulation blanket will be used in industrial furnace backup lining layers, equipment shell wrapping layers, piping insulation layers, and other insulation sections requiring installation according to specific structural dimensions. For the customer, this is not simply a purchase of standard insulation products, but a customized solution that better matches project structures, installation needs, and quality verification requirements.
