CCEWOOL Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a woven fabric made from our high quality ceramic fiber yarn. It is strong, lightweight, flexible, and available in a wide variety of thicknesses, widths and densities. Ceramic cloth contain absolute amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

CCEWOOL Bio Soluble (Low Biopersistent) Fiber Blanket is made from alkaline earth silicate and is a calcium-magnesium insulating fiber. It is referred to as a soluble fiber because it has some solubility in bodily fluids. The introduction of MgO and CaO in soluble fibers enhances their flexibility, elasticity, and provides excellent thermal and mechanical performance.

Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of high-temperature insulation products to a customer in Poland with whom we have cooperated for 11 years. This order was centered on 1260℃ high temp ceramic paper, together with 1260℃ ceramic fiber board, for the customer’s downstream custom processing and supporting engineering applications.
This batch of ceramic paper will mainly be used for the secondary processing and manufacture of high-temperature sealing gaskets, insulation gaskets, and localized insulation supporting components. Among them, high temp ceramic paper is better suited for flexible gaskets, thin-layer insulation, and sealing compensation areas, while ceramic fiber board is more suitable for rigid supporting insulation sections or structural auxiliary components.
For the customer, projects involving high-temperature sealing gasket and insulation supporting processing focus not only on temperature resistance, but also on processing adaptability and finished-product consistency. Since gaskets and thin-layer insulation parts require a high level of flatness, stable thickness, and reliable downstream cutting and die-cutting performance, while different projects require different dimensions, what the customer truly needs is not ordinary standard ceramic paper, but a project-oriented product solution capable of balancing processing stability, dimensional matching, and finished-product quality.

Product Quality Better Suited for Fabrication, Meeting the Processing Requirements of Gasket Products
In this project, 1260℃ high temp ceramic paper is mainly used for the downstream manufacture of gaskets, insulation pads, and localized thin-layer insulation components. For this type of application, customers care not only about the product's basic insulation performance, but also whether it offers product quality better suited to Fabrication.
In actual use, ceramic paper is rarely applied directly in full-roll form as a final product. Instead, it usually enters downstream cutting, punching, die-cutting, and assembly processes.
