Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of high-temperature refractory insulation products to a Polish customer with whom we have maintained an 11-year cooperation. This order was centered on 1260°C refractory ceramic fibre board, together with 1260°C Ceramic Fiber Paper, for the customer’s industrial equipment manufacturing and downstream Fabrication processing of high-temperature insulation components.

This batch of ceramic fibre board will mainly be used for subsequent cutting, machining, and assembly, and can be further processed into equipment insulation boards, furnace door insulation components, high-temperature structural parts, and other customized insulation components.

For this type of Fabrication project, customers are concerned not only with temperature resistance and basic insulation performance, but also with the actual weight of each board, structural stability, and batch-to-batch consistency. At the same time, ceramic fibre board is a relatively rigid board product, so packaging stability during long-distance transportation also directly affects product integrity upon arrival and subsequent processing.

Every Board Individually Weighed for Greater Confidence in Downstream Fabrication

For customers carrying out continuous Fabrication processing, the actual weight and density consistency of refractory ceramic fibre board directly affect board structure, processing performance, and the consistency of finished components.

To better meet the long-term transportation and usage requirements of this Polish customer, CCEWOOL further upgraded the packaging method for the ceramic fibre board.

Based on the original Carton Box + Pallet packaging, additional fixing points and packing straps were added to further strengthen the stability of the entire pallet and keep the products more secure during container loading and long-distance transportation.

The upgraded packaging method helps:

Reduce product movement and vibration on the pallet during transportation

Improve overall pallet stability

Lower the risk of packaging loosening during handling and long-distance transportation

Better protect board edges, corners, and overall structure

Help products arrive in better condition for direct entry into downstream processing and warehousing

For customers importing full-container loads and continuously carrying out Fabrication processing, reliable packaging means more than simply ensuring that the products “arrive.” More importantly, it helps the refractory ceramic fibre board enter the subsequent production process in a more stable and complete condition.
