Ceramic cloth contain absolute amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Recently, CCEWOOL successfully shipped one 40HC container of high-temperature refractory insulation products to a U.K. customer with whom we have maintained a 5-year cooperation. This order was centered on 1200°C ecological fiber blanket, together with 1260°C Ceramic Fiber Blanket and Ceramic Fiber Board, with different products and specifications combined in a mixed-load shipment.
This batch of ecological fiber blanket will mainly be used for furnace lining backup insulation, equipment insulation, furnace wall and roof insulation, and localized high-temperature insulation in the customer’s metallurgical projects. AES Fiber System Better Suited to Compliance and Safety Management Requirements in the U.K. and Europe
CCEWOOL 1200°C ecological fiber blanket is produced using an Alkaline Earth Silicate (AES) fiber system. Compared with traditional refractory ceramic fibers, AES fibers are soluble in human body fluids, making them more suitable for European industrial projects with higher requirements for occupational health and product compliance.
Under the relevant EU fiber classification framework, mineral fibers that meet specified biopersistence test requirements may qualify under Note Q and therefore are not subject to the corresponding carcinogenic classification and labeling requirements.
At the same time, IARC has evaluated alkaline earth silicate fibers with lower biopersistence, and its published assessment indicates that there is inadequate evidence of carcinogenicity in experimental animals for these fibers.
