Recently, CCEWOOL completed another order of ceramic fiber aluminum foil blanket for shipment to the UAE. This order included three different thicknesses—10 mm, 25 mm, and 50 mm—mainly for high-temperature insulation and surface protection of industrial equipment and duct systems.
For this type of project, equipment structures are often not uniform, and different areas may require different insulation thicknesses, installation spaces, and wrapping methods. If a single standard specification is used throughout the project, customers may need to carry out extensive on-site cutting, adjustment, and secondary aluminum foil application, which can increase installation workload, material waste, and overall project complexity.
For this project, CCEWOOL provided Fabrication customization based on the customer's actual engineering requirements, including customized product thickness and aluminum foil wrapping methods. This allowed the products to better match the project structure and installation requirements before delivery, reducing on-site secondary processing and improving installation efficiency and overall adaptability.
