2004 Precise Insight – the understanding of international trends and the analysis of business opportunities

At the same time, the need for ceramic fiber products, which can be used for furnace energy saving, rocketed. Some worldly famous brand. all came to build factories in China to lower their cost, which drew some leading Chinese ceramic fiber brands' attention to the international market. Then Mr. Sun who is the founder of Asian second largest ceramic fiber manufacturer and MR. Rosen saw the business opportunity in the international market and the abroad need for importing Chinese ceramic fiber. He proposed to exploit the international market with Mr. Rosen Peng.

2005 Intimate cooperation – the collaboration of a couple and the birth of the CCE WOOL brand

Rosen Peng is an industrious and serious person, who is familiar with metallury and advanced material and has 10 years international business experience. In 2005, aiming at initiating a top ceramic fiber brandin the international market, he established the Double Egret Thermal Insulation Co., ltd under the support of his wife Ms. Meng and Mr. Sun, The trade mark of Double Egret is consisted of two egrets that are flying under the morning sun on the sea. The whole mark means that the couple will lead their team and their company to the bright and brilliant future. In the same year, Rosen Peng registered CCE WOOL brand in Europe with the theory that quality derives brand and brand gives a nice future. The first letter ‘C’ of the brand logo means that this is a brand comes from China, ‘CE’ means that all our products are conform to the standard of CE, it also stands for our constant pursuit of quality. ‘WOOL’ indicates that our business is about ceramic fiber products. CCE WOOL is our hope for being the top ceramic fiber brand in the international market.

2006 Swift development – the debut on International market and the improvement of quality and reputation of CCE WOOL brand

In 2006, Double Egret designed a whole system of CI and the green environmental friendly package which had enjoyed great popularity in the following days. At the same time, we continuously spread our brand theory -----High quality with reasonable price to our customers in our business relationship, this move attracted many customers to visit our factory and do some technical communication with us.

To satisfy foreign customers’ various requirements on quality and types of ceramic fiber products, in 2006, Double Egret and Minye Refractory Fiber began to emphases on advanced production technology from abroad and improve the ceramic fiber blanket production line. By adopting more advanced shot-removal technology, CCE WOOL ceramic fiber blanket had 5% lower shot content and 20% longer service life than the similar products in the market. At the same year, we imported automatic ceramic fiber board production line and launched high density ceramic fiber board and ultra-thin ceramic fiber board which filled the local vacancy. In all, 2006 is the year that the quality and reputation of our CCE WOOL ceramic fiber made a huge improvement.

2007 Constant expansion – the birth of CCE FIRE refractory brick series and the perfection of more convenient purchasing chain

In 2007, with the development of CCE WOOL brand’s reputation and the establishment of long-term relationship between Double Egret and some famous refractories brands abroad, Mr. Rosen and a famous local fireclay brick manufacturer which has more than 60 years production history and experience established Fang international Trade company together and launched CCE FIRE refractory brick products. CCE FIRE series includes DJM insulating brick, B series insulating brick, and the combination of the two brands not only serve numerous foreign customers but also form a solid foundation for comprehensive sales mode.

2008 Fulfilled objectives - A critical turnaround in crisis and stable development for the company

In 2008, the American Sub-prime mortgage crisis triggered the global financial crisis. Chinese import and export industry was greatly influenced; ceramic fiber industry is not an exception. Despite the sluggish industrial situation, Mr. Rosen won the Australia government procurement with the help of one of our Australia customers who had faith in our products and service. This government procurement not only helped Double Egret go through the difficulty but also make a good foundation for future improvement.

2009 Competing capability – the attendance of international fairs and the authorization of brand agents 

As the result of shared cognition of the importance of constant quality, we won the most famous refractory material manufacturer and supplier in Turkey as our agent. Now, our agent hasdominated ceramic fiber market in Turkey and also has some influence in Middle East area for the past 5 years of being CCE WOOL agent.

Turkey Agent - The first agent of CCE WOOL ceramic fiber

Agent in TurkeyOur Turkey agent is a famous family-run company, which was founded in 1978, producing mainly unshaped refractory material. Their main business includes various refractory materials retails and furnace construction. They used to order ceramic fiber materials from some other Chinese suppliers, but they were bothered by the un-prompt sales service, un-flexible lead-time and unstable quality etc. in the past cooperation.

On 2009 Ceramitec Munich fair, as the only ceramic fiber products manufacturer from china, Double Egret attracted extensive attention, our Turkey agent also noticed us on this fair. After some brief communication, they were attracted by our green package, superior quality and fast lead-time and placed order to us on the spot.

After establishing business relationship, our agent was touched by our devotion to this job. Even though there is a 7 hours’ time gap between China and Turkey, we always managed to answer their question and provide effective solution before they went off work. “Even through, Double Egret and we have 7 hours’ time gap, their responses are faster than our local suppliers” that’s what they commented on us in the email. Now, the Turkish agent has become one of our earliest and most loyal customers, because they think we are quick and flexible in lead time, easy to work with in cooperation. Besides, we can also provide both competitive price and most important some referential advice for their furnace construction.

In 2011, ceramic fiber market in Turkey went into a mess of unfair competition, our Turkey agent’s sales were heavily affected. Despite of the bad ceramic fiber market situation and reduction of sales, our Turkish agent and we insisted on guaranteed quality and rejected to do as others do. All our insistence on principal was paid back next year. After the recovery of Turkish market, for its being honest in the depression, CCE WOOL ceramic fiber became more popular in Turkey, won some new customers and got favorable comments in this industry. When Rosen Peng met with the manager of our agent in Turkey in METE Dusseldorf in 2011, they had some in-depth communication and reached a consensus that they and Double Egret had the same principal in running a company, So they proposed a more comprehensive cooperation in the future, they asked us to be our CCE WOOL ceramic fiber brand agent, and faced the future challenge together.

In 2012, we came to attend the Ankiros in Turkey with our CCE WOOL ceramic fiber products including ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber paper, ceramic fiber rope, ceramic fiber cloth etc. The high-quality goods and good service we displayed on the international fair did great help for our agent to exploit Turkey market. Also, through some comparison at the fair, our Turkey customer had more confidence in us and became our CCE WOOL brands’ first agent in Istanbul.

In 2013, we made a mistake and shipped ceramic fiber boards of wrong density. But when we realized this mistake, we tried our best to reduce our customer's loss, we told the customer this problem on the spot and then we began to make some negotiations. During the negotiation, our Turkey agent was willing to communicate with their end users and find out a reasonable solution. Finally, we agreed on a mutually satisfying compensation plan. This incident also enhanced the trust between us. 

In 2014, on MCE in Italy, we had an in-depth communication on how to protect their local customer source. They showed great satisfaction on our newly launched Customer Relationship Management System which could thoroughly protect the customer resource in Turkey and guarantee his benefit. We looked back on the past and looked forward to the future and agreed to extend our cooperation. Besides that, they exchange their opinion on ceramic fiber market and Chinese supplier. They finally came to a consensus that the only way to protect your market was to treat quality as the highest priority of a brand. At the same time, they showed their appreciation on the constant quality of our CCE WOOL brand through all these years of cooperation and they said that they would display all our ceramic fiber products on the Turkey fair this year. This in-depth communication strengthened our relationship.

Unexpected top-class quality, unbreakable stable cooperation

The first CCE FIRE fire brick agent----Russia agent

Sice our package can reach the CE standard and we are one of the few factories who have their own laboratory, automatic filling equipment and can provide inspection report before delivery. After receiving the products, they found that our quality is unexpectedly good. For all the reasons above, a famous family run refractory brick manufacturer become our first CCE FIRE fire brick agent.

The russia company is a refractory brick manufacturer in Russia with more than 100 years production history, which has many branches in China and some European countries. In 2008, after some researches and comparisons, one of their Chinese branches came to us and did a multi-dimensional inspection of our company management, production line, factory scale, production ability, certificates and international trade professionalism. Due to our good performance on all the items, they recommended us to their Russia general corporation.

After going through the samples testing of headquarter successful, this customer came to visit our factory, mainly the ceramic fiber production line and castable production base, during the visit, they spoke highly of our advanced physical and chemical analysis laboratory. They were very satisfied with our company and placed a castable order to us on the spot. This is the opening of our cooperation.

During the operation of this order, we tried our best to prepare the necessary documents for Russia exporting, like radioactive elements inspection report, weight & quality certificate, and also our internal inspection report. After receiving the products, they also did some relative inspection of some main technical data of the castable like AL2o3 content and compressive strength. It turned out that all our figures were 3 % higher than their standards, so The russia company’s preference to us grew a little. And this order did form a solid foundation for their being our CCE FIRE brand agent in the future.

Then because of the influence of the depressed steel industry in Russia, this customer didn’t have new purchasing plan at that time. But we still kept very close communication on refractory profession for the pleasant and smooth cooperation we had before.

CCEFIRE Castable

In 2011, with the presence of CCE FIRE brand at various international fair and the numerous positive feedbacks of our products, Double Egret began to have some reputation in the international market. In the same year, at Dusseldorf fair, marketing director of The russia company came to our booth. Because of the pleasing communication and service he experienced before, as well as the similar experience and age, he and Rosen talked like old friends even through it was their first meet. They had a great time sharing their understanding of the development of ceramic fiber industry. During the conversation, he saw the mullite insulation brick sample on our booth, and was surprised by our good quality, even though he had been in refractory industry for years. Then he placed orders to us. In the following products inspection process, they showed great satisfaction with our package and quality. Because of the standard above good quality, they decided to promote our CCE FIRE fire brick products in Russia and be our agent in Russia.

2010 Appealing services – accurate services for India agent and warm care for Indonesia agent

Considering the benefit of our customer and the construction schedule, we finished producting the calcium silicate board ahead of time. We omited the storage fees which was occurred for delay delivery. We also did systematical management of the 20 containers, hundreds of shipping mark ans thousands of pallet for the easily application of the products on the construction site. Our work won the recoginition of their head office. Finally they were willing to develop CCEWOOL ceramic fiber in India. After 2 years of cooperation, this customer who has 40 years refractory brick production history became our agent in India.

Rosen Peng and this India customer once met at 2009 Munich international fair. Ceramitec at Munich is an internationally famous professional fair. It attracts thousands of outstanding company every year. Double Egret, as the only ceramic fiber manufacturer from China greatly impressed this India customer, so in 2010, when they had a purchase plan, they took us into consideration. But because he wasn't familiar with the location of Chinese cities, he made a bad time schedule. When he finally came to our company, he had already visited some companies and it only left 6 hours before his flight, while it would take 4 hours from our factory to the airport. What was worse, he was exhausted and sick when he finally came to us and talked with Rosen. Rosen warmly welcomed him and bought medicine to treat his cold. Finally, considering the limited time and the possibility of missing the flight, we drove this India customer to the airport first and concealed the factory visiting. Even through as a result of our effective time arrange, we managed to show our customer our professionalism and detailed product information, which also made good foundation for the customer’s next visit. A few months later, this customer’s purchasing manager came to visit our factory again with a cement factory project in Jordan.

After visiting the factory, they found that we can meet their requirements for flexible lead-time and various specifications. They placed the order to us directly with payment terms L/C. Considering the large total amount and the customer’s situation, we agreed with their payment terms. The lead time would be in March next year. In order to catch up with customers’ project schedule, we finished production in February, one month ahead of time, and waited for customers’ delivery release. However, we get no notification from the customers, so we stored all the products in the warehouse. In June when this customer came to China, he saw that his products were intact in our warehouse for 4 months. He was really touched and showed his apology to us. He explained that they didn’t mean to delay but there was really something wrong with the project schedule. Considering our customers benefits, we didn’t bother the customer with the storage charges, instead we arranged for the delivery immediately. This customer also called headquarters to change the payment terms to T/T as a way to show their great thanks. During the delivery we arranged two documentary employees to do classification and shipping mark so that the products could be easily applied on the project construction site. We also arranged a person for loading inspection, to recheck and assure that there were not any mistakes. This customer was also praised by the general headquarters for the perfect performance. In dealing with this complicated order, we made no mistakes with 20 containers, several specifications, hundreds of pallets and thousands of shipping mark. This order enhanced our friendship and faith, and owing to our good performance in this order, they were willing to deal with our CCE WOOL brand in India and thanks to their influence in India market, CCE WOOL brand soon won some reputation and market in India.

Indonesia agent

After years of hard work, he has become a famous enterpriser in Indonesia. When he came to visit our company, we give him a warm welcome, our manager - Mr. Rosen drove 5 hours to meet him at the airport. During the factory visit, he was really surprised at our 60000 square meters’ factory, 23 ceramic fiber production lines and automatic loading system. After years of cooperation, we build a brother relationship.

In 2010, with the development of CCE WOOL ceramic fiber’s reputation in the international market and the increasement of our former customers’ recommendation, a famous Indonesia factory came to us for cooperation. He is an oversea Chinese who lived in Indonesia for years. He has his own local house and also a branch in China. After knowing he was an oversea Chinese, Rosen peng drove 5 hours to meet him at the airport and escorted them to the factory to show our respect. This customer had been in refractory industry for a very long time and had seen numerous ceramic fiber factories, but when he saw our factories, he was also surprised by the modernization of the factory. We have 60000 square meter’s factory, 23 ceramic fiber production lines. This pleasant visit began our cooperation smoothly; from then on this Indonesia customer had frequent and stable orders from 2008 to 2013. We also introduced some of our customers who ordered small amount to them. Now they have developed into our largest agent in Indonesia. The products they ordered increased from ceramic fiber blanket only into the whole ceramic fiber products including ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber paper, ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber cloth etc. In 2013, they invited Rosen peng and his wife Amanda meng to attend the INDOMETAL Jakarta Indonesia. During the fair, we received very warm welcome, they arranged someone to show us around Indonesia and explain the local culture and history to us. Through this customer we feel more deeply the importance of good quality.

2011 Strengthen reputation – world-wide recognition of the brands and authorization of agents in Sweden and Finland

For the approval of our ability in the cooperation with Sweden branch, they recommend us to their head office Finland. In the cooperation, the head office showed great satisfaction with our CCE WOOL insulating brick quality. Then Finland head office recommended us to the Malaysia branch. Our company finally developed agent in Sweden, Finland and Malaysia. Customers’ approval is our highest compliments.

In 2009, on Ceramitec on Munich, Peter from Sweden showed great interest in our CCE FIRE insulating brick and did some consultation with Rosen. The Peters have been in refractory material industry from generation to generation so that he is very familiar with refractories. He showed great satisfaction on the quality and the accuracy of our CCE FIRE DJM insulating brick. After the fair, we kept in touch with each other through email.

At 2011 METEL in Dusseldorf, we met Peter again. His company had been incorporated by a multinational corporation and he was also appointed purchasing manager in the new corporation. After further insight of our brick, he finally decided to visit our factory in Zibo city. When he visited our factory, He and Rosen Peng talked with each other like old friends, and placed the order to us. The cooperation promoted our reputation in North Europe gradually.

Finland agent

In 2012, Peter recommended us to their Finland headquarters. Due to our former cooperation, Finnish company knew very well about our service and our stable quality. But we still sent samples to Finnish company for testing. After passing the sample testing, the Finnish company placed the order to us immediately. From then on, we kept a long-term cooperation. 

In 2013, Finnish company recommended us to their Malaysia branches. For the near location between China and Malaysia, our cooperation saved not only purchase and delivery cost but also the time for communication. Until now we still keep stable communication and cooperation.

2012 Brand competitiveness - the acquisition of BV certificate, the company establishment in German and the authorization of the agent in South Africa

This year we also passed the BV third party inspection.

Because of frequent presence on international exhibition, good understanding on ceramic fiber market and developing trend, and the promoted reputation, the south Africa customer notice the bright future of cooperating with us, so they decied exploit the south africa market together and be our agent.

At 2012 Ceramitec in Munich, a 60-year-old customer, who has been in refractory industry for more than 40 years, told Rosen peng that CCE WOOL ceramic fiber had drawn his attention since 2009, and he asked price, package, quantity for LCL on the spot. Thanks to Rosen peng’s more than 10 years' experience, he answered on the spot, which satisfied this customer very much and led to the first cooperation between us. In our following cooperation, each of their orders was mixed delivery of more than 5 kinds of ceramic fiber products. But we could guarantee accurate loading, stable quality and punctual delivery every time. After 3 years of cooperation, they became our South Africa agent, at the same time they recommended important international fair to us every year.

2013 Spreading influence - the first BV&TUV holder in China and the authorization of the agent in Netherland

We developed advanced CRM system to protect agents’ end-users and market; meanwhile we introduced customers who ordered small amounts to our agents. We also invited our agents to attend their local international fair. Finally, our Netherland agent decided to establish a warehouse with us.

Due to the frequent presence on International fair, until 2013 CCE WOOL ceramic fiber has been exported to 30 countries around the world and passed the TUV Rhineland factory inspection, being the only factory that has TUV & BV certified at the same time in this industry.

Our Netherland agent Harry used to work in a famous ceramic fiber company and he had more than 30 years’ experience in this industry. During his cooperation with his previous supplier---another famous Chinese ceramic fiber supplier, there was some unpleasant things happened, his supplier sold products to his end users without his permission, so Harry has no choice but to cease their cooperation.

Netherland Agent

Owing to the recommendation of our German customer, Harry turned his attention to CCEWOOL ceramic fiber products. He did comprehensive research and analysis of our product lines, production ability, market distribution etc. before his contacting us. The following communication was very successful, but he still had some doubts on if we could protect his end user information. As a test of our credit, Harry gave the contact info of one of his important customers and saw if we would contact him. Rosen told him that we had specialized CRM system to protect all agents’ customers. In the following days, if there were any inquiries of his customer, we would transfer the inquiry to him directly, which guaranteed his long-term profit. After two years’ cooperation, they became our agent in Netherland. At 2013 Metel Poland, to develop the CCE WOOL brand on international market together, we invited Harry to attend the exposition together. With the development of CCE WOOL ceramic fiber reputation and the extensive products quality approval, Double Egret and Harry are planning to build a warehouse in Netherland now to provide samples and large quantity products to customers more conveniently.

2014 Promising future – a great leap of the brand and a breakthrough of the company

In order to expand international market and raise the popularity of CCEWOOL in international refractory field, Mr.Rosen-- together with her wife, registers branch office in Canada with CCEWOOL brand, and settles strong foundation of company's development. 

In the same year, our company, with well-known expert, establishes a worldwide research center in America, taking "construction fireproof energy-saving" as a topic, and structures business model of American research center+specialist consulting +providing energy saving solutions. CCEWOOL is going to be an industry leader in furnace insulation energy saving solutions, and we will keep on making CCEWOOL to be a national brand on international stage.
