Story of ceramic fiber board for fireplace and polish customer
In early August, I received an inquiry of ceramic fiber board from Mr, Mark. But Mark didn’t mention the specification he need. As our 10 years export experience in ceramic fiber industry, we know that the most popular in Poland is 1000 * 500 * 25mm ceramic fiber board. So we quote to Mr. Mark as soon as possible. But we didn’t get his reply yet. So I called Mr.Mark for quotation. He told us he didn’t our quotation.
I learned that customers purchase ceramic fiber board for fireplace insulation. As we know, fireplace is common use ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, insulation brick , refractory brick and calcium silicate boards. We introduce some other insulation products to our customers accordingly. Mr.Mark is satisfied with our professional answer and promote reply. And he also hope to establish long time cooperation. Only by fully understanding the customer, products knowledge, then we can serve our customers better. If we do not know the ceramic fiber board for fireplace, and I think Mr. Mark won’t reply us.
