What kind of refractory brick does cement kiln use?They are as follows:
1、Silicon mullite brick:good thermal shock resistance,high strength,good abrasive resistance,suitable for transition part
2、Dolomite brick: good corrosion resistance,but it more or less contains some f-CaO and is easy to get into aquation,hard to be delivery and store,so it is ralely used in production.
3、magnesia-chrome brick:mainly used for firing zone,the shortage is worse in thermal shock resistance than ohters, in addtion,the +6 Cr has great poison,International market are reducing its application,manufacturer should find substitute as soon.
4、Spinel brick:used for transition part,good thermal shock resistence,good reducibility resistance,but its refractoriness is lower.
5、High-alumina brick:contains more than 75% Al2O3,higher refractoriness than fire brick,good corrosion resistance,suitable for transition part of cement kiln,with longer service life and higher price
6.carborundum brick:High refractoriness,(1800 ℃，refractoriness under load is about 1620-1640 ℃)，good thermal shock,suitable for cooling zone and kilneye
