Construction technology of alumina silicate insulation bricks
The material, technical index, inspection method, appearance and quality of alumina silicate insulation bricks all meet current national construction standards and enterprise standards. The density of the alumina silicate insulation brick is less than 1200kg/m3. The strength grade is more than MU5.0 when used in external wall and more than MU3.5 when used in interior wall. Brick with strength of more than M5 is used in masonry mortar, however this brick cannot be used under ground. The main brick should be used in construction and accessory brick would be used in the junction of the walls or end-columns to ensure the integrity of the wall. The bricks are jointed by mortar and the lapped length of the bricks is more than 90mm. Masonry wall and frame column are connected flexibly. The oblique masonry method adopts 90mm thickness brick on the top. The bricks are hammered into compaction and pressed tight. Gaps between bricks can be filled with mortar and then we use the steel bar to connect the bricks with the bottom of the upper beam’s bottom or the board’s bottom. When the gap between the upper beam and the the board is small, usable fine stone concrete can be added to make it tight. Composite brick is used to fill the body of the wall and when we connect it with the frame column, Rachel reinforced method would be used. 。The design of the hole, groove and embedded parts in the wall should be reserved or embedded. It is strictly prohibited to dig any part after the wall is built. For the embedded parts which need to be set up later, such as pipeline or light equipment fixed against the wall, can be reserved within the block joints by reserving or drilling. Composite brick are required to be used 28 days later after it is produced. During the construction process, we should pay attention to water proof and moisture proof matters. Transverse plane should be hung with mortar and the joints of the wall should be straight, dense, solid (every two skin jointing with original pulp). Wall plastering should be performed 15 days after the masonry process is completed. Refractory wall form should be chosen according to relevant national regulations of building refractory design if there are requirements on refractory effect.
