The production process of ceramic fiber board
Compared with traditional production process,CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board has obvious advantages.
At the present stage, there are two production process of ceramic fiber board. One is traditional production process,and the other one is autimatic production process.
Traditional production process is vacuum forming technique.Use blown ceramic fiber as the raw material , add a certain percentage of binding agent, packing grade additives and fully scatter into a mud pool. Throw it into the forming pool by pump, and stir by compressed air. Put the mold into forming pool, and make the fiber pulp be absorbed on the mould by the principle of vacuuming. Control the time of adsorption ccurately, let fiber wet material get vacuum dehydration , and place it in the tray for drying oven drying 10 to 24 hours. After drying of fiberboard through special grinding machine, trimming machine, control the size.
CCEWOOL uses automatic production process. Compared with traditional production process,CCEWOOL ceramif fiber board has obvious advantages: ceramic fiber boards have a higher stability,better flatness, and more accurate size than ceramic fiber boards producted by traditional prodution process. Further more,CCEWOOL use automatic temperature drying line,more quickly and deeply. It completes a deep drying by 2 hours,and drying uniformly,good quality,compared with the ceramic fiber boards have the same density by traditional production process,compressive strength and flexural strength are 5% higher.
