Refractory ceramic fiber board with Spain customers

I received an inquiry from Spain about refractory ceramic fiber board at the end of April. David was from a professional kiln construction company in Span. David told me they use ceramic fiber board to construct furnace, hoping to get the technical data sheet and quotation. But he forgot to tell us the specification of products and application part.
We provided David with two options according to our experience: one is 25mm thickness CCEWOOL 1260 ceramics ceramic fiber with 280kg/m3 density, which is usually used as a furnace wall lining. Another is 350Kg / m3 density ceramic fiber board which is usually used as furnace's hearth insulation. Because bottom bears more gravity than multi-wall lining, so its density is larger.
David replied to me immediately after receiving this offer, telling us they applied ceramic fiber board to hearth insulation and hoping to get a more detailed quotation.
After a long time communication, I learned that David sent his inquiry to 7 other suppliers at the same time and we were the most professional among them. He prefered to cooperate with a professional ceramic fiber manufacturer like us.
