This German customer is one of our old customers and our cooperation began in 2009. Communication allows us to learn that the customer is from a famous furnace manufacture company in Germany. In our early cooperation, he felt satisfied with our steady quality, but taking price into consideration, he decided to change a supplier. However, Double Egret insisted on the principle of “One gets what one pays for” and didn’t cut the price to temporarily maintain our cooperation. After that, although we suspended our cooperation, we kept in touch by email.
On METEC 2015, we met each other again. Through communication, we found that his current supplier owned a lower price, but he was troubled a lot with problems in the quality and service in every procedure. On the exhibition, we seized the chance and had further communication with the customer about a systematic solution to his detailed requirements on quality in production. Professional and detailed description of our products enhanced his confidence and promoted our second cooperation, after which, the customer further recognized our strength and promised that he would enlarge his purchase scope to lightweight insulating brick.
