I have known Mr. Huang, an overseas Chinese living in Indonesia, for a long time. He works as a senior engineer in a local furnace construction company. Recently, he was doing a new kiln project. Working temperature inside the kiln should reach 1250℃. According to his requirement, we delivered him 1450HZ ceramic fiber blanket to Indonesia, which was used to make ceramic fiber module applied on furnace’s wall. 

     Three months later, Mr. Huang sent me a picture, showing that the ceramic fiber module had fallen down from the kiln’s wall. He wanted the reason. After data analysis, Double Egret’s production and technology department found they didn’t install the modules according to the right direction on the drawing we sent him. So the modules cannot press each other as tight as possible. When heated in the kiln, the modules were penetrated by the fire, which ruined the anchoring parts, leading to the drop.

     After finding the root cause, we only spent 5 days to finish production of ceramic fiber module and deliver it to Indonesia in order to match customer’s working schedule.
