     Annealing furnace is a new type heat change equipment. Annealing furnace is energy-efficient furnace , using fiber structure, saving 60% energy.

     Depending on the shape, it can be divided into four categories: car-type annealing furnace, pit annealing furnace, box-type annealing furnace, hood-type annealing furnace.

     Next, let’s introduce the advantages and disadvantages of these four types:

     Car-type furnace is the national standard cycle-type energy efficient furnace, energy saving structure, adopting fiber structure, thus save 30% energy, which is mainly used for high chromium, high manganese steel castings, rollers, balls, stainless steel hardening, annealing, timeliness and various mechanical parts heat treatment. 
 

Annealing furnace

     Features: 

     1, no noise, no pollution.

     2, small thermal storage, less heat loss. 

     3, high precision on temperature control, strong temperature uniformity.

     4, the high degree of automation, simple operation. 

     5, PID programmed to achieve fully automatic operation. 

     6, good sealing , long life, safe and reliable. 

     Pit annealing furnace (example: flange ring heat treatment furnace) 

     Usage: The furnace is used for metal parts, rings and other pieces of heat-treated at the rated temperature. The furnace is composed with a removable lid and control system.

     The box-type annealing furnace is mainly used for hardened steel work piece, normalizing, annealing and other conventional heat treatment. 

     Features:

     1, large electric load capacity, high productivity, especially suitable for small and medium-sized parts of the heating heat treatment, saving energy up to 30%, automatic control furnace temperature uniformity, high precision; 

     2, easy installation and good furnace operating conditions; 

     3, the furnace door seal is self-sealing; 

     4, chain protection device to prevent failures and accidents that occur due to misuse.

    Hood-type annealing furnace is mainly used for annealing and normalizing Sheet steel parts in the natural atmosphere.

     1, special steel, precise alloy 

     2, special steel casting, forging annealing. 

     3, silicon steel finish annealing. 

     4, metals, non-metallic powder sintering pressure produced parts.

     Due to the low shot content(10%) of PUREWOOL ceramic fibers, high tensile strength up to 0.08MPa, low thermal conductivity and small thermal shrinkage, it is widely used in annealing furnaces to add more additional values to customer’s furnace.
