CCEWOOL View: The structure of annealing furnace
The annealing furnace’s structure includes furnace lining, heating elements, furnace car and furnace door.
Using ceramic fiber as furnace lining, it will save 50% energy compared with furnace hearth which uses refractory brick. Making ceramic fiber module size 300*300*300 by CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket , and keep the right decrements when producing. It can guarantee ceramic fiber module expands in different direction. So that there is no gap between modules and keep the better insulation effect. Also the ceramic fiber module construction will be convenient and quick. The anchor should be fixed in the cold side of furnace, it will increase CCEWOOL Ceramic fiber module’s heat resistance.
The heat element is made by high temperature electrical resistance alloy wires, the shape is ribbon and spiral. It will be hung on the side of furnace, door, the back wall and kiln car. Also fix it with alumina ceramic nail. It is safe and simple.
Put on a layer of high temperature resistance cast steel furnace hearth board on the kiln car. In order to prevent the oxide skin drop in the gap between furnace hearth board, we will insert the furnace hearth board to the furnace body.
The furnace door device is made by furnace door, lifting device for furnace door and compress device. The furnace body is welded by steel and iron sheet, use CCEWOOL Ceramic fiber module as furnace lining. Also, use CCEWOOL Ceramic fiber rope as sealing material for furnace door.
