Raw material advantage of CCEWOOL insulation ceramic wool blanket
Self owned raw material base. Advanced mining equipment. Strict raw material selection.
The selected raw materials are put into the rotary kiln for full calcination to reduce the impurity content and improve the purity of the raw materials.
The raw materials are tested before they enter into our factory, and qualified raw materials are kept in a dedicated raw material warehouse to ensure the purity of the raw materials.
Controlling the content of impurities is an important part of ensuring the heat resistance of ceramic fibers. The impurity content will cause bigger crystal grains and increase linear shrinkage of ceramic fiber, which is an important reason for the deterioration of fiber performance and the reduction of fiber service life.
Through strict control at every step, we reduce the impurity content of the raw materials to less than 1%. The CCEWOOL insulation ceramic wool blanket is pure white, and its thermal shrinkage rate is less than 2% under high temperature, its quality is stable, and the service life is longer.
