What are the precautions before installation of thermal ceramic board?
Thermal ceramic fiber board is made of natural coal gangue, through an automation control and a continuous production process. So it enjoys features of precise size, good flatness, high strength and light weight.
Please be well noted of the following points:
1) Raw material: ceramic fiber board is the first step for basic application, which needs high-temperature adhesives.
2) Construction Tools: blenders and plastering tools.
3) Application process: clean the surface of the application part (including the surface of ceramic fiber board). Use the plastering tools to paint the binder on the surface of thermal ceramic board and push them as dense as possible.
