Two quotations brings a suitable purchase of ceramic insulation tape to my American customer.
On 9th April, I received an inquiry from North Carolina, United States. Customer Layla wanted one square meter of ceramic fiber paper with thickness of 0.5mm and 1mm and ceramic insulation tape with 2mm for each. Meanwhile she asked the delivery turnaround and attached DHL and UPS account number. I felt she was eager to ship the goods between the lines.
I gave Layla a quotation within two hours and informed Layla that 0.5mm ceramic fiber paper is our company's superior products. Nine steps of slag removing makes ceramic fiber paper 5% lower in shot content than similar products. And I told her that ceramic insulation tape includes stainless-steel reinforced fiber tape and glass filament reinforced fiber tape. The former conducted electricity while the latter didn't. During our communication, Layla asked in detail about the differences between the two tapes and confirmed my quotation and professionalism at the same time.

So once more, she let me offer 100 square meters for each of the above four products. After two quotations in these short three days and professional communication, Layla finally ordered goods of 1300 dollars. Although the amount is not big, but this is a firmly acception and recognition of our ceramic fiber paper and ceramic insulation tape, which greatly increased my motivation in work and dedication to customers.
