The application ceramic fiber in power industry
Insulation material occupies an important position in the power industry, ceramic fiber products are common used in power plants. Ceramic fiber products play a vital role in powder industry which featured with energy saving, heat reduces, environment improvement and economic efficiency. Different application part and situation have different standard for insulation material selecting. Here introduce some of insulation material which are common used in power industry.
(1) In the equipment and piping part, temp from 350 to 600 ℃ , usually use ceramic fiber blanket and ceramic fiber paper.
(2) Temperature less than 350 ℃ equipment and pipelines with rock mineral wool insulation products;
(3) valves, elbows and other shaped pieces with Ceramic fiber shaped pieces or paint insulate;
(4) The selection criteria is less than the outer diameter of silicate ceramic fiber insulation rope of 38mm;
(5) moist environment cryogenic equipment and piping insulation material selection hydrophobic insulation.
