Production Process of furnace insulation blanket
Ceramic fiber technology development is mainly reflected in three aspects:first, the production formula of raw materials;second, production control and technology improvement;third, the improvement of application technology.
In terms of raw material formulation, we add alumina, zirconia, and other additives to the traditional coal gangue, flint, quartz sand and other raw materials to improve the stability of ceramic fiber crystal phase, increasing the stability of its microscopic structure, thus improving the overall performance of the material.
In the production process control and technology improvement, we improve the overall performance of the product by transforming existing equipment, improving ceramic fibers melting technology, blowing technology, spinning technology and various technologies.
Carefully selected coal gangue is placed in a high-temperature furnace and we put different percentages of Al2O3, Al2O3 + SiO2, ZrO2 and other chemical ingredients in it, then, these ingredients mix together to go through high-speed centrifuge and are spun into fibers. Our workers mornitor the working temperature of speeding centrifuges all around the clock and set different operating temperatures to produce different kinds of furnace insulation blankets in order to meet customers’ requirements and to ensure that customers can receive standard furnace insulation blankets.
Fibers come out of speeding centrifuge, and then enter the condenser.
After the condenser, ceramic blanket is formed initially and is then needled to make sure of the design. Our acupuncture board is replaced regularly to ensure its proper function. So our ceramic fiber blanket texture is much denser,more even and better in tension than other similar products.
Then we use high temperature heating-furnaces to finalize the design.
Then we will cut the blankets according to the customers’needs.
And then the work is rolling up the blankets and weight and put it into the packaging.
We use a plastic bag inside, carton export carton with 5 layers kraft paper outside, which is suitable for long distance transport. Green packaging design show environmental philosophy and is favored customers.
We monitor the loading for each shipment and provide the report along with the packing pictures.
We produce in strict accordance with the production processes. All CCEWOOL ceramic blankets are produced with spun technology, owning the same advantages of the fiber bulk: excellent chemical stability, high strength at normal temperature and after burning. They can be widely used in various industries such as refractory, insulation, thermal insulation field.
In terms of the application of technology in the ceramic fiber products’promotion, ceramic fiber develops from industrial kilns and other traditional industries to nuclear power, automotive, appliance, construction and other fields of energy-saving direction.
