Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a woven fabric made from our high quality alumina silica fiber and especially mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity in form of ceramic fiber cloth. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300 F. It has been widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.

Ceramic fiber cloth has a general specifications model of 1.5mm - 6mm, width of 1m, with sizes of 2mm x 1m x 30m, 3mm x 1m x 30m, 5mm x 1m x 20m,6mm x 1m x 20m.It is divided into nickel-chromium alloy wire reinforced, reinforced stainless steel wire, glass fiber reinforced ceramic fiber coating cloth, ceramic fiber cloth pick slag, ceramic sintered fiber cloth, ceramic fiber cloth fumigation. Ceramic fiber cloth features are high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, low thermal capacity, excellent high temperature insulation performance, long service life; anti-melting aluminum, zinc and other nonferrous metals etching capability; low temperature and high temperature strength; non-toxic, harmless and no adverse effects on the environment.
Ceramic fiber cloth is applied in all kinds of furnaces, heat insulation pipes and containers; door, valves, flanges, seals, fire doors and fire shutter material, high temperature filtration, acoustic and other substitute asbestos applications.
