How to use ceramic wool helps me win the British customer.
On June 18th, 2015, I finally receive the order payment from Alex, a customer from UK. Recalling this long negotiation, it is the topic of how to use ceramic wool that helps me win the British customer.
On February 10th, 2015, Alex sent me an e-mail to consult how to use ceramic wool. He has his own factory in London and Aberdeen, specializing in furnace design, and he would like to introduce this lightweight refractories this time, improving the utilization of furnace fuel. I gave specific recommendations for kiln door seal, standpipe sealing, insulation backing and hot repairs according to the characteristics of different kilns. For example for standpipe seal, I recommended to use CCEWOOL ceramic wool tape and ceramic wool rope and backlining required CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board. At the same time, I told him, it is necessary to choose different products according to different furnace temperatures so as to guarantee the service life of the products. Finally, I sent photos from other customers of how to use ceramic wool to Alex. He was very happy when he saw the picture.
