How to produce refractory ceramic fibers?
CCEWOOL refractory ceramic fibers are produced by melting high-purity clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, zircon sand and other raw materials in an industrial electric furnace at high temperature to form a fluid. Then use compressed air spray or spinner machine to spin the filament into a fiber shape, and collect the fiber through a fiber collector to form ceramic fiber wool. Refractory ceramic fiber wool can be further processed into fiber blanket, board, paper, cloth, rope and other products.
