Change of China’s steel market
With GDP growth slowing, investment in fixed assets is reduced in China. Real estate market is in downturn, and the engineering, mechanical products still grow slowly, which lead to China's insufficient demand of steel market, excess capacity and prices falling. Data shows that,China’s crude steel output reached 568 millions tons-an increase of 13.6% in 2009, which was the highest peak of the growth rate. Between 2010 and 2012, increasing rate of crude steel is declining. In 2013, output of crude steel was 779 millions tons--an increase of 8.72%. Until October 2015, China’s crude steel output reached 685 millions tons, increasing 2.1% compared with last year.
Steel market output is increasing looking from general situation of the market. Under the circumstance of weak market, competition among enterprises is intensified. With China’s related policy that knocking out the backward steel market and reducing society stock, SME of steel market is difficult to survive, and the market resource will be concentrated on strength steel manufacturers.
