We received an inquiry from Brad, a Korean customer about ceramic fiber blanket’s price in early October. We learned that his company was a large trading company in Korea, providing a variety of thermal insulation materials for projects. The ceramic fiber blanket he bought was mainly used in ceramic furnace.

   Learning about Brad’s purchase goal, we introduced him the experience from the customers we accumulated in the past 15 years who were engaged in the construction of ceramic furnace. They generally applied ceramic fiber blanket, board, calcium silicate board, insulating brick and refractory brick. We told Brad that we took take part in CERATITEC exhibition in Germany every three years to know more of the structure and construction of ceramic fiber furnace. Brad praised our professional knowledge of the industrial knowledge, and said he was pleased to work with us. Later he wanted a piece of sample for quality test, which was in urgent need and he hoped we could deliver the sample on the same day. We told Brad that all the samples were directly taken from our production lines and if the ceramic fiber was placed without application for a long time, the adsorption of moisture in the air would lead to bad quality of the product. Brad appreciated our rigorous working attitude very much.
