According to our brand strategy, our newly designed package highlighted our three product series i.e. CCEWOOL Classic Series, CCEWOOL Pure Wool Series, CCEWOOL Research Series.
The products ordered by Iran customer are 1260 ceramic fiber blanket, 1430 ceramic fiber blanket, 1260 ceramic fiber board, 1430 ceramic fiber board.
The product is produced strictly as per EU standard.
During loading our workers handle the products with care and make sure there is no bumping to the products.
Our workers stack the products neatly in the container and make the most of container space to save freight cost for our customer.

We have our own raw material base, we choose high quality kaolin as raw material and use specialized rotary kiln to produce ceramic fiber. This makes shot content of our ceramic fiber blanket 20% lower than other company’s product.
We use inside needle technology to produce ceramic fiber blanket, so the tensile strength of the ceramic fiber blanket is higher and its service life is 20% longer than other company’s products.
We can produce ceramic fiber blanket in the shape of roll, sheet, and strip with width ranges from 100mm to 1220mm.
Our company can also produce High Purity Ceramic Fiber Blanket and Biosoluble Ceramic Fiber Blanket.
We use full automatic production line to produce ceramic fiber board, so the flatness of the board is better and the dimensional error is smaller(±1mm).
We use full automatic drying line to dry the ceramic fiber board, we can do deep drying in two hours, this contributes to better compressive strength and better rupture strength of the ceramic fiber board.

We can produce extra large(1.2mx2.4m) ceramic fiber board and extra thin(3mm-10mm) ceramic fiber board.
We use 9 shot removal process technology when producing ceramic fiber paper, so the shot content of our ceramic fiber paper is 5% lower than other company’s products on the market.
We can produce 0.5mm thick ceramic fiber paper with width ranges from 50mm--100mm.
