CCEWOOL high temperature ceramic fiber in furnace-type furnace cover and sealing device
Before modification, the shortcomings of the original cast steel furnace cover frames’ refractory brick lining and sand seal groove.
1. the large heat loss, large heat dissipation per unit area, and high temperature on surface of furnace cover.
2. cast steel lid frame and fin under high temperature, warping deformation, although there is sand seal, it is difficult to ensure sealing of furnace mouth, but also undermine the furnace temperature uniformity, high temperature difference between furnace top and bottom, seriously affecting the heat treatment quality.
3. the furnace lid is bulky, each lid weighs 3000 kg, resulting in the serious wear and tear on covering machine parts, and worm gear transmission components need to be replaced every 4-6 months.
Design and construction of CCEWOOL high temperature ceramic fiber in furnace-type furnace cover and sealing device:
In 60 mm thick high temperature ceramic fiber lining, there are two 30 mm thick ceramic fiber blanket. In order to avoid the straight gap between the steel cover, when inlaid ceramic fiber blanket, the upper and lower layers of joints should be staggered, to avoid overlapping.
High-temperature ceramic fiber lining using metal anchor fixed. Selection of anchor material is general taking the furnace temperature and atmosphere into consideration. Because the support weight is very small, the high temperature strength of the anchor is not a problem and therefore the oxidizing atmosphere of pit furnace is the only concerns. Heat-resistant steel as the fiber anchor, when fiber-lined paving is completed, according to the location of furnace lid holes to drill the holes, and pressing firmly, and them welding the heat-resistant steel wire’s bending spot on the furnace lid plate. The longitudinal and transverse spacing of the anchors are 400 mm. Considering that the edge of the furnace lid is likely to be impacted by the furnace opening collision when the lid is opened frequently, in order to protect ceramic fiber blanket from damaged, appropriately increased the amount of anchor and pad of fiber lining. Because the center of the lid fixed by the hook, failed to place anchors, so in the center part, using large piece of fiber blanket paving, in order to avoid the joint cannot anchor the situation.
When the sand in the original sand-sealing groove has been removed, in the bottom of the sealed groove layer a 50 mm of cotton fiber, and then layer two 30 mm thick fiber blankets on the top of the cotton layer. When laying process has completed, open and closed the furnace lid several times to form obvious indentation. When the furnace is in operation, the furnace cover falls into the indentation groove stably to maintain good sealing performance.
