Recently, Spanish customer orders CCEWOOL bio-soluble products including: CCEWOOL bio-soluble paper, size is 12000x610x5mm; CCEWOOL bio-soluble blanket, size is 3650x610x50mm, 7320x610x25mm.
Bio-soluble ceramic fiber is an alkaline earth silicate fiber, mainly component is SiO2, MgO, CaO. Because it has a certain degree of solubility in body fluids and reduce the damage to human health, so called bio-soluble fiber.
CCEWOOL bio- soluble fiber is made from alkaline earth silicate fiber, including soluble blanket, board, paper, yarn, cloth, tape and rope. Soluble fiber is a body soluble fiber and can be absorbed, the color is bluish, is a new type eco-friendly insulation material. No carcinogenic classification substance. The product is biodegradable without industrial waste.
CCEWOOL bio-soluble blanket: adopt inside needled craft, the tensile strength improve 20%. The service life is 20% longer than similar products. The color is bluish and we are the only Chinese supplier own Europe Fraunhofer Laboratory certificate in bio-soluble products.
CCEWOOL bio-soluble paper is using 9 shot-removal process, the shot content is 5% lower than similar products. Thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 12mm, width from 50mm to 1270mm. During installation and usage will not have skin discomfort.
