     To save energy is the key point of industry furnace development.

     1.Reducing heat loss of furnace wall. As for the continuously operated furnaces, heat storage is one-off. The heat loss of furnace wall mainly is due to radiation, therefore, it’s essential to increase the wall’s thickness, in order to lower the temperature of furnace wall and reduce the heat loss. While for batch type furnace, each time the furnace worked, furnace wall will absorb much heat, therefore the heat storage loss is more than heat loss due to radiation, in such circumstance, we’d better adopt low heat conductivity and light weight refractory materials, such as CCEWOOL ceramic fibers, or you may reduce the thickness of furnace wall in order to decrease the heat storage.

     2.Adopting new type combustion train. Combustion train is the device to complete fuel burning process. Adopting reasonable and advanced combustion train is of crucial meaning for fuel’s completed burning and furnace energy saving. A good device is supposed to meet these requirement as below:

  1. Make sure the completely burn of fuel under the certain heat load condition, meeting the demand of safety and eco-friendly.

  2. Possess a range of adjustment, keep steady during burning process, able to make use of higher temperature air.

  3. The direction, shape and speed of flame is qualified with various kinds furnace and heat technology.

  4. Control air fuel composition correctly and chamber pressure, make furnaces running under pressure.
