On Jan 6th, Mrs. Meng who is the manager of Double Egret and the staff Nicole went to Beijing and got a training of Company System Operating for 4 days, the lecture is Mr. Li Qing Dong who is a famous company operation specialist in China.

     For a better development of their own companies, many entrepreneurs from everywhere in China ignored the long distance and got together in Beijing. 

     During the 4 days, they cleared up companies’ system framework, intergral management and salary system, then drew up a new plan for their companies. During the process, every four enterprises formed a group speedy, then they started a heat discussion in the hall, analyzed and helped each other, lasted to deep night. 

     However, as one of the youngest, Nicole has her unique feeling apart of knowledge. She said: “After formed group, I was moved by the cohesion. Aimed at the score of their own group, no matter men and women, entrepreneurs strived to be the first to answer questions actively, and unified the clothes at the first time.  ” Every one should honor the team which is a good characteristic . In the training, I saw the spirit from the entrepreneurs, I think that is the reason they got success. Today I feel it, and I must put it to my mind, and bring spirit strength to my team.
