The customer is kindly requested to monitor the delivery and prepare for receipt.
The CCEWOOL polycrystalline wool fiber modules are made from polycrystalline wool fiber blankets and are specifically designed to meet the insulation requirements of fully fiber-lined furnaces operating at temperatures between 1300°C (2372°F) and 1500°C (2732°F). These modules are easy to install quickly and efficiently in most furnace linings and offer excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
This customer is a new client who found the CCEWOOL website through a Google search. Given the special customization requirements for the polycrystalline wool fiber modules, the CCEWOOL team produced the products according to the customer's specifications and sent samples for approval. The customer was highly satisfied with the samples and promptly placed an order. Per the customer's request, the products in this order were packaged using CCEWOOL branded packaging, with moisture-proof inner wrapping to protect the products from dampness during transit.
The container carrying the CCEWOOL polycrystalline wool fiber module is expected to arrive at the destination port around June 25th. The customer is kindly advised to make necessary preparations for receiving the shipment, ensuring a smooth and timely logistics process.
