It is referred to as a soluble fiber because it has some solubility in bodily fluids. The introduction of MgO and CaO in soluble fibers enhances their flexibility, elasticity, and provides excellent thermal and mechanical performance.

The order of one container from our Portuguese customer, including CCEWOOL low biopersistent fiber wrap (specifications: 25x610x7320mm / 50x610x3660mm), CCEWOOL 1260 standard ceramic fiber blankets, CCEWOOL 1260HP ceramic fiber blankets, CCEWOOL 1260HP ceramic fiber boards, CCEWOOL ceramic fiber textiles, and CCEFIRE insulation bricks, was successfully loaded and dispatched from the factory on May 24, 2024, as scheduled. We kindly ask the customer to keep an eye out for the delivery.
The CCEWOOL low biopersistent fiber wrap has a temperature rating of up to 1200°C and is refined from alkaline earth silicate (AES) components, offering excellent solubility in body fluids and biodegradability. It is harmless to human health and the environment, making it an ideal alternative to aluminosilicate fibers in the construction industry. Our aluminum foil has a thickness of 0.2mm, with a fire resistance rating of M1 under European standards, and a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 250°C. In terms of safety and environmental protection, the products have passed European SGS ROHS and EU TUV LFGB testing standards and are UL certified, ensuring high standards of safety and environmental performance.
This customer is a long-term partner of CCEWOOL and has expressed great satisfaction with our low biopersistent fiber wrap. As requested by the customer, all products are branded with the CCEWOOL image.
According to the shipping schedule, the container carrying the CCEWOOL low biopersistent fiber wrap and other products is expected to arrive at the port around June 20.
