Application of CCEWOOL china insulation brick on roller kiln
Top of furnace is flat ceiling structure of china insulation brick.The height of the ceiling is set according to the temperature section, which can satisfy the ceramic products and reduce the temperature difference.
Rapid cooling section top of furnace should use folded module to make flat ceiling.Slow cooling section top of furnace should use combined folded module.
The wall part of the kiln is made of high-alumina light brick, with different types of fiber blanket and so on for thermal insulation, so as to reduce the total thickness, thus reducing the loss of heat dissipation of the kiln wall. For kiln wall we can use large number of use ceramic fiber cotton and heat insulation board, exterior kiln wall daub perlite insulation materials, interior kiln wall spray infrared coating of high temperature, reduce the thickness of the kiln wall, reduce the conduction and radiation heat transfer, thereby reducing the heat storage of kiln wall, improve the thermal efficiency.
When masonry, the ash seam is strictly controlled within 2mm; The burner block (part touches fire) is built with china insulation brick, and the brick should be pressed hard with fiber blanket. High aluminum aluminum silicate fiber blanket is used in the expansion joints of high alumina brick, and ordinary aluminum silicate fiber blanket is used for expansion joints of other parts.
