Production process advantages:
Automated batching system guarantees stability of the raw material composition and more accurate raw material ratio.
Using imported high-speed centrifuge with running speed 11000r/min, the fiber formation rate is higher, and the thickness of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber is uniform, shot content is less than 10%. Shot content is an important index that determines the thermal conductivity of the fiber. CCEWOOL aluminum silicate ceramic wool blanket’s thermal conductivity under 1000℃ is lower than 0.28w/m.k. which means its thermal insulation performance is excellent.
The laying of ceramic fiber wool by wool collector is even which ensures CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket’s uniform density.
Using self-innovated inside double needle technology and changing the needle panel every day to ensure the uniform distribution of the needle flower, so that CCEWOOL aluminum silicate ceramic wool blanket’s tensile strength exceeds 70Kpa and its quality is more stable.
