How does the high temp insulation blanket save cost for customers?
We have our own material base. Gangue is strictly chosen from our own material base, which is fired in rotary kiln, bringing a 5% lower slag content compared with similar products. Low slag content means little impurity exists in finished product, bringing one more year in use life. Needle for weaving blanket is changed everyday to guarantee an even layout of the high temp insulation blanket with a stronger tensile force. An evener texture and delicater fiber mean that high temp insulation blanket enjoys a sofer and stronger fiber with more small holes and better high-temp resistance, increasing resources ultilization and resulting in a 20% longer usage. This saves customers' cost to the greatest exten.
