The drying process of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board
The traditional drying process of ceramic fiber board takes a long time of 7-10 days. Ceramic fiber boards made by this process can hardly maintain the original flatness, and if they get damp in delivery, the surface will be uneven, the color will get yellow, the size will be changed, and the strength will also be affected.
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board adopts full-automatic technology, by which the board is more steadier than by the traditional vacuum forming technology. Flatness is better and the size is more accurate with tolerance of 1mm. We are the only factory who adopts full-automatic production technology in production and the drying process of ceramic fiber board can be finished in no more than two hours, bringing a firm and solid board. Its tensile strength and rupture strength are both 5% higher compared with board made by the traditional drying process under the same density.
