The difference between ceramic fiber spun bulk and blown fiber

From the technical point of view, the difference between CCEWOOL ceramic fiber spun bulk and blown fiber as follows:
1. Diameter: spun fiber more thick, diameter is generally 3.0-5.0μm, blown fiber is generally 2.0-4.0μm;
2. Length: spun fiber is longer than blown fiber generally 150-250mm, blown fiber is generally 100-200mm;
3. Thermal conductivity: ceramic fiber spun fiber’s thermal conductivity better than blown fiber because it is very thin;
4. Tensile flexural strength: ceramic fiber spun bulk better than blown fiber because it is more thick.
Two different applications of 2 types CCEWOOL ceramic fiber:
1. Making CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module: ceramic fiber spun bulk is thicker and longer blown fiber. In the process of making folding block, blown fiber blankets easily break and tear while spun fiber blanket can be folded very tight and difficult to damage, the quality of the block will directly affect the quality of the furnace lining;
2. Large blanket’s vertical layer application in boiler insulation : ceramic fiber spun bulk with better pull resistance, more durable, better than blown fiber blanket;
3. The application in ceramic fiber textiles: spun bulk is coarse and long and having excellent spinning property. So ceramic fiber spun bulk is special raw materials for ceramic fiber textile (cloth, tape, rope, yarn, etc.)
4. CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board application: ceramic fiber blown fiber is short and thin, in low thermal conductivity and more suitable for decentralized fragmentation. It can be the raw material of ceramic fiber paper and ceramic fiber board.
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber spun bulk has self owned raw material base, all material will be fully burnt by rotary kiln to reduce impurities content such as CaO. All CCEWOOL ceramic fiber bulk’s shot content is 5% lower than others’ products with characteristic of pure white and stable quality.
